Can the 'Keys' stop this?

Can the 'keys' stop this? News 2-10-2016

Can the 'Keys' stop this? YES they can! But.....

There are conditions or circumstances where this event could occur:
  • God is sovereign
  • God has prophesied an event similar to this news post and recorded the prophecy in the written Word

Proclamation Against Syria and Israel

Isaiah 17

17 The burden against Damascus.

“Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city,
And it will be a ruinous heap.

Will this prophecy be fulfilled in the next 14 days? I don't know nor do I know if Damascus will be destroyed by tactical nuclear weapons or the direct hand of God. I also don't know if this meets God's timeline for this event and the destruction of Damascus.

You cannot stop God's sovereign declarations with the keys but you may lessen your personal damage in your geographical area by using the keys to limit the spread of the conflict and to keep it confined to the area of outbreak.

If this news does not fit God's plan it can also be stopped from happening by believers using the keys.

The Keys are:

Matthew 16:19 And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Matthew 18:18 “Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
19 “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.

20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” (Bold emphasis mine)

Luke 10:19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. (Bold emphasis mine)

In summary

I have done a short series of sharing regarding the keys of the kingdom based on my own personal walk with the Lord. When we observe things going on around us from the human perspective we have to ask ourselves what can I do as one person to change the outcome to a more favorable conclusion?

As one person there really is nothing that can be done. Does your vote really count, does your call to your congressman become their guiding light to bring change? Is there a political fix for the worlds problems? History proves the answer is NO there is no political solution!

But... One person or a small group of believers walking in the anointing of the Holy Spirit can move mountains and stop wars by using the keys on God's authority or by crying out to Him in prayer

Examples

Matthew 21:21 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done.

Mark 11:23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

The Word of the Lord Concerning Sennacherib

2 Kings 19:20 Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to Hezekiah, saying, “Thus says the Lord God of Israel: ‘Because you have prayed to Me against Sennacherib king of Assyria, I have heard.

2 Kings 19:32 “Therefore thus says the Lord concerning the king of Assyria:

‘He shall not come into this city,
Nor shoot an arrow there,
Nor come before it with shield,
Nor build a siege mound against it.
33 By the way that he came,
By the same shall he return;
And he shall not come into this city,’
Says the Lord.
34 ‘For I will defend this city, to save it
For My own sake and for My servant David’s sake.’”

Sennacherib’s Defeat and Death

35 And it came to pass on a certain night that the angel of the Lord went out, and killed in the camp of the Assyrians one hundred and eighty-five thousand; and when people arose early in the morning, there were the corpses—all dead.
36 So Sennacherib king of Assyria departed and went away, returned home, and remained at Nineveh.
37 Now it came to pass, as he was worshiping in the temple of Nisroch his god, that his sons Adrammelech and Sharezer struck him down with the sword; and they escaped into the land of Ararat. Then Esarhaddon his son reigned in his place.

The Lord delights in the righteous acts of His people. He does not desire or expect you as a believer to observe news headlines like this and do nothing. He has called us to action and responds to our actions or inaction.

These headlines need to be addressed by Godly people in the manner which He teaches in His Word. Please join me and others and never let a life changing headline go unnoticed. Notice them and take it to the Lord in prayer and use the keys at every opportunity.

Amen
