So little time!

We are all one heartbeat from eternity but are we all ready to take that step? We all know many family members or friends that are not ready; should we be concerned? Yes urgently concerned!

One heartbeat then flatline

Luke 12:20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?

In Luke 12:20 is the Lord talking to one who is delaying their decision to accept Christ? Is He talking to you or someone you love who has been putting it off because they have their whole life ahead of them believing time is on their side.

What would cause our heavenly Father to say some have so little time left and do not know? 

He knows what is coming, He knows when it's coming, and He knows when your soul shall be required. From the news we have many potential threats facing us on a daily basis that could put us one heartbeat from eternity, such as:

• Earthquakes
• Tsunamis 
• Volcanoes
• Radiation
• World War III
• Famine and chaos 

Heart attacks among the very young are rising rapidly, cancers are on the increase, the Pacific Ocean is dying, and our food chain is contaminated. Those of us who are alive now and healthy are walking in God's grace and provision whether it be known to us or not. His mercy abounds!

Here is why there is a health disaster on every front.

Nuclear experts noted that other lethal radioactive isotopes would also be released in such a fire, but that the focus is on cesium-137 because it easily volatilizes and spreads pervasively, as it did during the Chernobyl accident and again after the disaster at Fukushima Daiichi last year.

With a half-life of 30 years, it gives off penetrating radiation as it decays and can remain dangerous for hundreds of years. Once in the environment, it mimics potassium as it accumulates in the food chain; when it enters the human body, about 75 percent lodges in muscle tissue, including the heart. (Read more)

Over 60,000,000 killed by nuclear fallout… More than 120,000,000 cancers from radioactive releases… Doesn’t include millions more dead babies and fetuses. (Read More)

We may not have tomorrow so please choose wisely where you want to spend eternity. Seek Him while He can still be found! He is the hope of the world, there is no other.

Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

In Him there is safety and provision.

Psalm 61:3 For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.

Proverbs 18:10 The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.

Reach out today to those who are delaying, pray for them and God's mercy that they might be saved in time.

Ten lepers

Ten lepers were cleansed/healed but only one said thank you.

Luke 17:11 And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

12 And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:

13 And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.

14 And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,

16 And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.

17 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?

18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.

19 And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

I wonder what the outcome would be today? When was the last time you said thank you Lord? 

1 Peter 4:11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Praise and thanksgiving can change your life! For twenty years she prayed for God to free her husband from alcohol, then one day she praised the Lord for her husband just like he was and his alcoholism was a thing of the past from that moment forward.

Imagine how this could change your life.

Nehemiah 12:46 For in the days of David and Asaph of old there were chief of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgiving unto God.

Psalm 69:30 I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.

Psalm 100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Enter His courts with praise and thanksgiving.
