The Resurrection of Jesus Christ - Eye Witness Accounts!

We are gathered here in this courtroom to determine the validity of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Courtroom procedures and testimony
  • These proceedings have been ongoing for 2,000 years
  • A determination must be reached today
  • Circumstantial evidence will not be allowed
  • Due to the extreme length of time this trial has been underway we will require documented evidence of witness testimony previously recorded.
  • All eyewitnesses to this event are no longer among the living and will not be called to testify. Their prerecorded documented accounts will be used to determine the verdict.
  • Many current courtroom decisions are reached based on the testimony of one or two witnesses
Court is now in session

Order in the court, order in the court

The prosecution maintains the resurrection did not take place following Jesus Christ's death and burial.

The defense maintains that Jesus Christ did in fact rise from the dead on the third day.

Would the prosecution please present the evidence to support their position that Jesus Christ did not rise from the dead.

Your Honor the prosecution would like to enter into the court record that after 2,000 years of research into this claim we cannot support the claim.

Would the defense please present the evidence to support the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Evidence for the defense:
  • The tomb is empty

Jesus's tomb entrance

Jesus's tomb is empty

  • Brief summary of eye witness documentation in the Bible's book of 1 Corinthians Chapter 15 beginning in verse 5. (Over 500 eye witnesses)
Note: Bold text in the Bible verses (emphasis added)

1 Corinthians 15:5 and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve
6 After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once, of whom the greater part remain to the present, but some have fallen asleep.
7 After that He was seen by James, then by all the apostles.
  • Specific eye witness accounts, also from the Bible.

John 20:11 But Mary stood outside by the tomb weeping, and as she wept she stooped down and looked into the tomb.
12 And she saw two angels in white sitting, one at the head and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
13 Then they said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping?”

She said to them, “Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid Him.”

14 Now when she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, and did not know that it was Jesus.
15 Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?”

She, supposing Him to be the gardener, said to Him, “Sir, if You have carried Him away, tell me where You have laid Him, and I will take Him away.”

16 Jesus said to her, “Mary!”

She turned and said to Him, “Rabboni!” (which is to say, Teacher).

17 Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’”

Matthew 28: 16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them.
17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted.
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Mark 16:1 Now when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices, that they might come and anoint Him.
2 Very early in the morning, on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen.
3 And they said among themselves, “Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us?”
4 But when they looked up, they saw that the stone had been rolled away—for it was very large.
5 And entering the tomb, they saw a young man clothed in a long white robe sitting on the right side; and they were alarmed.
6 But he said to them, “Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him.
7 But go, tell His disciples—and Peter—that He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, as He said to you.”
8 So they went out quickly and fled from the tomb, for they trembled and were amazed. And they said nothing to anyone, for they were afraid.

Mary Magdalene Sees the Risen Lord

9 Now when He rose early on the first day of the week, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom He had cast seven demons.
10 She went and told those who had been with Him, as they mourned and wept.
11 And when they heard that He was alive and had been seen by her, they did not believe.

Jesus Appears to Two Disciples

12 After that, He appeared in another form to two of them as they walked and went into the country.
13 And they went and told it to the rest, but they did not believe them either.

The Great Commission

14 Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen.
15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;
18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Luke 24:34 saying, “The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon!”
35 And they told about the things that had happened on the road, and how He was known to them in the breaking of bread.

Jesus Appears to His Disciples

36 Now as they said these things, Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and said to them, “Peace to you.”
37 But they were terrified and frightened, and supposed they had seen a spirit.
38 And He said to them, “Why are you troubled? And why do doubts arise in your hearts?
39 Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself. Handle Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see I have.”
40 When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet.
41 But while they still did not believe for joy, and marveled, He said to them, “Have you any food here?”
42 So they gave Him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb.
43 And He took it and ate in their presence.

Acts 2 Peter speaking

Acts 2:22 “Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know—
23 Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death;
24 whom God raised up, having loosed the pains of death, because it was not possible that He should be held by it.
25 For David says concerning Him: ‘I foresaw the Lord always before my face, For He is at my right hand, that I may not be shaken.
26 Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad; Moreover my flesh also will rest in hope.
27 For You will not leave my soul in Hades, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.
28 You have made known to me the ways of life; You will make me full of joy in Your presence.’
29 “Men and brethren, let me speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.
30 Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that of the fruit of his body, according to the flesh, He would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne,
31 he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption.
32 This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses
33 Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear.

Your Honor the defense has presented pictures of Jesus Christ's empty tomb, a documented summary showing over 500 eye witnesses who saw Jesus Christ after His Resurrection, and numerous individual documented accounts of those who not only saw Him, but conversed with Him, touched Him, and ate with Him. The defense awaits your verdict.

The verdict: Jesus Christ Lives! He is the Resurrection Power and in Him is Life Eternal!

Folks the evidence is undeniable, no court of law would be able to rule against the testimony of over 500 eye witnesses. If you don't know Him you are really missing out!

Our world today is being governed by demonic powers. Everywhere you look the evidence that principalities and powers of darkness are in charge of world affairs is overwhelming.

Surviving the evil onslaught that is now enveloping the world without Jesus Christ simply is not possible. The battle was decided and won at the Cross of Calvary 2,000 years ago.

Repent from the heart and get right with God now while there is still time.

With the mouth confession is made Unto Salvation

Salvation is the most precious gift available to all who repent of their sins and acknowledge Christ.

He laid down His Life for YOU

And raised it up again all for YOU

Romans 10:8-10

8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

You have been saved so... Have you changed? Under grace are you without sin no matter what your actions are?

Romans 6:1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound?
2 Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?

Romans 6:10 For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God.

Romans 6:11 Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts.
13 And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.
14 For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

Once saved did you build a foundation? Have you studied God's Word and grown in fellowship with other believers or have you grown among the tares?

The Parable of the Wheat and the Tares

Matthew 13:24 Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field;
25 but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way.
26 But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared.
27 So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’
28 He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’
29 But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them.
30 Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.”’”

The tares are destined for burning

Your salvation came at a great cost for our Lord who suffered and died for all of our sins, once for all. It also came at great cost for our Father in Heaven Who gave His Only Begotten Son Who without sin was the sacrifice for all sin.

Jesus did this to prevent you from suffering the fate of the tares.

After suffering all of this Jesus reaches out to you and offers you the free gift of eternal life.

What have you done with this gift?

John 8:31 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.

John 15:4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.

John 15:6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

Abide defined (KJD): In general, abide by signifies to adhere to, maintain defend, or stand to, as to abide by a promise, or by a friend or to suffer the consequences, as to abide by the event, that is, to be fixed or permanent in a particular condition.

Absolute Terror - What Does it Look Like

The Final Day | It's Supernatural with Sid Roth | David Jones

Absolute Terror

This eyewitness account through an open vision of the 'Day of the Lord' is a must see video.

2 Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.

In 2014 will men's hearts fail? Look at what is coming on the Earth!

What is coming that may cause men's hearts to fail?

In this post:
  1. What is coming
  2. God told us beforehand
  3. Safety and protection in Jesus and the Holy Ghost
  4. What type of Christian/believer are you
  5. The fully prepared Christian
1) What is coming: Some of these events may not occur in 2014, God the Father is the time keeper and may adjust the schedule based on prayer and intersession by those who are His. Today is the day of your salvation and preparation, don't waste it!
Meteors

A Great Mountain Burning with Fire

First Trumpet: Vegetation Struck
Revelation 8:7 The first angel sounded: And hail and fire followed, mingled with blood, and they were thrown to the earth. And a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up.

Second Trumpet: The Seas Struck
8 Then the second angel sounded: And something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became blood.
9 And a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

Third Trumpet: The Waters Struck
Revelation 8:10 Then the third angel sounded: And a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water.
11 The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the water, because it was made bitter.

Luke 21:25-27
25 “And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring;
26 men’s hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

War in the Heavens

Revelation 12:7
[ Satan Thrown Out of Heaven ] And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought,

Michael and the dragon/Satan

These on going wars in the Heavens will soon be coming to a neighborhood near you. Will you be able to stand in the day of their arrival or will your heart fail at the sight of things coming upon the Earth?

Satan gets ejected from Heaven

Revelation 12:4 His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth.

Revelation 12:9 So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Fallen Angels - God Chained for Enoch's protection

How many in number is a third of the angels/stars cast out of Heaven?
  • Thousands, Millions, or maybe Billions
  • They will be seeking to destroy anyone representing the image of God
  • They can't be killed, human weapons will be useless
  • They can appear as an angel of light or assume many forms (shape shifting)
  • They will recruit help out of the Abyss/Hades/the Pit
The Abyss will be unlocked (Locust)(Nephilim)(Demons)

The chains will be removed and they will swarm

Nephilim/Giants (Fallen Angel Offspring) They are cannibals and have been known to eat the inhabitants of the land. (See Numbers 13:32 below, highlight emphasis mine)

Numbers 13:30 Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it.”
31 But the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we.”

32 And they gave the children of Israel a bad report of the land which they had spied out, saying, “The land through which we have gone as spies is a land that devours its inhabitants, and all the people whom we saw in it are men of great stature.

33 There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.”

Demons

2) God told us beforehand:

Luke 10:18 And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.
19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Who is God talking to here when He makes this promise in Luke 10:19?

Jesus is talking to the seventy (70) and all of us who are His and are abiding in Him. Does this describe you? Are you sure you don't have one foot in the ways of the world? This person believed she was good to go, but... was she? God is His Mercy shared something with her that was horrifying.

3) Safety and protection in Jesus and the Holy Ghost:

Don't be caught short! Be Transformed! You cannot serve two masters, you must be abiding in Him and one who has separated themselves from the world.

Obviously we live in the world but as sojourners; we should be living fully for Him, focused on Him, and not participating in the ways of the world.

Preparation: The ways or cares of this world pull you into the enemies camp one step at a time by side tracking your focus.

We are made up of Spirit, Body, and Soul

All three parts of the human being need nourishment to grow and survive.
  • Your spirit and soul is eternal
  • Your body may give you 70-100 years and then it's used up and returns to dust
What part is the most important? I think the spirit and soul are, they last forever, eternally and should get the most of our focus and attention. When we are born again our spirit is filled when the Holy Ghost/Spirit moves in and puts us in direct constant contact with our Creator and Savior.

Your body needs food and essential care every day as does your soul and spirit. The more you nourish your spirit the more it brings your soul in line with Gods direction for your life.

If you don't care for your spirit on a daily basis you'll soon be off into the dark corners of the world enjoying the lusts of the body.

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Renewing your mind comes from daily reading of the Word, spending time in prayer and fellowship with Him. This will increase your spirit and bring body and soul in line with God's desires for you. Failure to do this could leave you wanting when your need is greatest. He calls us friends, friends usually spend time doing things together and He wants to be part of everything you do.

Two terms that we need to understand. Abiding and Unclean, both are critical to our relationship with Him. I have presented the definitions below from the King James Dictionary (KJD) because I use the New King James Version of the Bible.

Abiding defined, (KJD): Dwelling remaining continuing enduring awaiting Continuance fixed state residence an enduring

John 15:15-17
15 No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.
16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
17 These things I command you, that you love one another.

2 Corinthians 6:16-18
16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell in them And walk among them. I will be their God, And they shall be My people.”

17 Therefore “Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you.”

18 “I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the Lord Almighty.”

Unclean defined (KJD): 1) Not clean foul dirty filthy.
2) In the Jewish law, ceremonially impure not cleansed by ritual practices. Numbers 19 . Leviticus 11 . Romans 14
3)  Foul with sin. Matthew 10 .
4)  Not in covenant with God. 1 Corinthians 7
5) Lewd unchaste, Adultery of the heart, consisting of inordinate and unclean affections. No unclean person - hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Ephesians 5.

4) What type of Christian/believer are you?
  • Brand new Christian and you are still getting to know Jesus. You have repented of your sin, asked Jesus Christ to come into your heart and save you from your sins. You've told Him that you believe He is the only Son of God, that He died for your sins, rose again to Life Eternal, and ascended to the right hand of the Father. You should be reading the Gospel of John and be in fellowship with other believers.
  • Long time casual Christian/believer; You attend church regularity, listen to the sermon and maybe read along with the Scripture in church. You were baptized, as a child by sprinkling of water, confirmed at age twelve and believe you are saved and going to heaven. Are you? Did you repent of your sins and ask Him into your heart like the brand new Christian/believer did?
John 3:2-4 (Bold text for my emphasis)

2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”
  • Mature Christian/believer; You have been born again, baptized by immersion, attend church and worship services, pray and give thanks before eating, and read your Bible a few times a week as time permits.

5) The fully prepared Christian:
  • Mature Christian/believer and over-comer; You have been born again, baptized by immersion, baptized by the Holy Ghost/Spirit and Fire. You read your Bible daily, fellowship and commune with our Lord daily and share the Gospel with those who don't know Jesus Christ. You walk in the Spirit, pray and sing in the Spirit, repent of your sins daily and seek His forgiveness, then you seek the Holy Ghost's guidance in everything you do. Your best friend is Jesus then your wife/husband as the case may be.
I have listed four levels of Christian belief, only one abides in Him. None are without sin but only one repents, confesses, and asks forgiveness daily. Only one will be able to stand in the approaching days, secure in the Holy Ghost, and protected by Gods Seal.

The Holy Ghost is impenetrable by any evil and offers the only protection available for the days ahead.

Why not make some adjustments in your daily routine while there is still time and become an over-comer.

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

Rejoice in our King

Pray that you will able to escape what is coming but prepare for the worst and rejoice always in Jesus!

DEMONIC TERROR OF WOMAN WHO WAS NOT ABIDING IN THE LORD THINKING SHE WAS SAVED

Are you abiding in the Lord?

Are you a good person and believe you are saved but dabble just a little bit in the world?

The battle is relentless, have you let your guard down? Did you start your day without your armor?

Can you be lulled into a false security and actually be in mortal danger? Lets find out.

TESTIMONY

Dear Steve,
After listening to the Hagmann program last night (1/12/14), I fell asleep
and what happened next I need to share with you. I had a dream that
thousands of demons entered my bedroom then jumped on me while I was in
bed, devouring my flesh. I was totally paralyzed. I repeatedly shouted
out "you must flee in the name of Jesus". These demons continued to attack
me. There was total darkness, no Jesus. It was HORRIFYING. I felt as
though I was in the pits of hell and this is where my soul is going if I
don't change my ways. Then I was whisked away and I am standing in front
of a large cross. From the center of the cross a bright light was shining.
I heard the Lord say to me "Come to the cross. I did not hear nor respond
to your cries because you are not abiding in me. Horrific evil is here and
more is coming and if you do not abide in me you will be devoured. I will
not hear nor respond to your cries if you do not abide in me and you will
not be able to fight off this evil in your own strength." Then I was
whisked back to my bed where the demons were devouring me again. I was
once again paralyzed. I breathed on them saying "jesus" and they
eventually all fled.

I woke up with tears streaming down my face crying out to the Lord.

Here is what is so IRONIC.....I considered myself to be a born-again, saved
christian!! Over the past few years, I've started to walk in the ways of
the world thinking it is okay because I know the Lord loves me; I am a good
person; and I am saved. How many other christians are thinking in the same
way? How many other christians are not truly saved?

I turned away from JESUS in my walk.....It was a slow and suddle turning
away.... Convincing myself all along the way that I can walk my walk, give
the Lord "courtesy prayer" and everything will be okay. I WAS SO WRONG.
Thank you LORD for your warning, as horrifying as it was. Thank you LORD
for giving me another chance to make you Lord of my Life.

Thanks so much to you, Pastor Lankford and the Hagmanns for literally
saving me from the pits of hell.

May God Bless you all.
Sandy

Baptism with Fire to Complete Regeneration

The believers journey begins with baby steps and grows into fullness when we seek God daily.

He will Transform you!

Matthew 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

Luke 3:16 John answered, saying to all, “I indeed baptize you with water; but One mightier than I is coming, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

Matthew 19:28 So Jesus said to them, “Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Titus 3:5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,

When you pray ask God to Baptize you!

In the coming days without this you will be like a one legged man with one arm tied behind your back as you enter the spiritual war against principalities and powers of darkness.

Ephesians 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Colossians 1:16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.

Colossians 2:15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.

God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghost, and these three are one

We are created in His image/likeness, Body, Soul, and Spirit

Genesis 1:27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

The believers journey starts here.

Do you know Jesus? Why do you need to know Him? You were born under Adams seed and he was fallen from Grace, as a result you were born into a fallen state by being his descendant. You have a choice to stay as you are and do nothing or you can choose freedom in Christ simply by asking Jesus for His free gift of Salvation.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might saved.

John 3:18 He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Ask Him Now.

Father I have sinned and fallen short by birth, I repent of my sin and ask Your forgiveness in Jesus name. I believe in Your only begotten Son Jesus Christ and that He died for my sins, was buried and rose again to eternal life. I ask you Lord Jesus to please come into my heart and save me.

Romans 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Welcome to our family.

Next: Step one would be getting to know Him and I recommend the Gospel of John.

Step two is Water Baptism.

Dead to Sin, Alive to God

Romans 6 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound?
2 Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?
3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?
4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
5 For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection,
6 knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.
7 For he who has died has been freed from sin.
8 Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him,
9 knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him.
10 For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God.
11 Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Baptism is your opportunity to join your confession and belief with your actual burial with Christ in the likeness of His death by immersion in the water and rising again in new life in Him.

When I was baptized 40 years ago I could not find a church that was willing to do it because I was not a member. My friend and brother in Christ baptized me in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost in his backyard pool in front of his family. When I rose up out of the water a white dove descended in our midst and landed on the edge of the pool, it was awesome!

The Lord baptized me with the Holy Ghost and Fire while I was walking down a path in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam war. Wow!

Be sure to go back to the top of this post and ask God to baptize you with the Holy Ghost and Fire, it's life changing! It will empower you to face the days that are coming and then the Holy Ghost will be able to lead you to completion of the regeneration process. He will anoint you so that you may learn all things by the Holy Ghost's guidance.

1 John 2:27 But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.

Run a good race to the finish and I'll see you in Glory!

Be blessed take action today!

Remember religion=bondage and relationship=freedom. Christ in your life is freedom!

We are His Friends do you know Him?

Building your friendship with Him.

Out of billions of people He picked you to be His friend! Why? He wants to show and share with you all the wonders and beauty of His creation. He wants to spend time with you enjoying together all He has prepared just for you.

Love and Joy Perfected

John 15:9-17

9 “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.

10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.

11 “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.
12 This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.

13 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.

14 You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.

For a friendship to grow it requires participation by spending time together.

Friendship defined: A close trusting relationship between two people.

In this case we have Jesus Christ the only Son of God and you who are the participants. Through Jesus you have access to the Father and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus will share with you life in the fast lane with the King of Kings driving but you have to get into the car.

He may ask you were you want to go and your road map is the Holy Bible, that is God's Word, Who is Jesus. Pick out a story and He will bring you into the setting and give you guided tour.

In the Old Testament you can discover His visits with personal friends such as Abraham and Moses. Before them He walked in the garden with Adam and Eve in the cool of the evening before they fell from grace. Enoch was also God's friend, the Word tells us Enoch walked with God and then he wasn't anymore. He was translated directly to Heaven without seeing death, similar to Elijah.

I don't know how Enoch made the trip but Elijah went to Heaven in a whirlwind.

If you aren't spending daily time with your friend Jesus you are really missing out on all this excitement.

He has so much to share with you and quite frankly once a week in church for an hour doesn't begin to scratch the surface.

Remember true friendship only comes as a result of doing things together, any relationship short of that results in only being an acquaintance.

New Christians can get to know Him beginning with the Gospel of John.

If you are a Christian at the acquaintance level, get up 30 minutes early everyday and spend it with Him in His Word. Your days will go much better than they have been for sure.

If you don't know Him you won't survive the things that are coming on the world immediately ahead. If you have read this far in this post He is standing at the doorway of your heart and knocking, PLEASE invite Him in! You are only one heartbeat away from eternity and you don't want to miss spending eternity with Him!

Knock, Knock, Knock, please answer the door! Open and say Hello Jesus please come in.... Oh Lord you know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior and you've come. Lord Jesus I repent of my sins, please forgive me and come into my heart and take over my life. I believe you came and died for me and rose again from the grave unto Eternal Life. Thank you Lord for saving me!!! (Next step)

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
