The Face of Christianity - Your Soul could be in Eternal Danger if you Attend a church taken at face value!

What is behind the face? Religion or Relationship, Ritual or Friendship, Man's word or God's Word?

The world sees and speaks of Christianity as a religion filled with ritual and man's word but the Glory of the Lord has departed these institutions. 

Representing the Catholics we have the Pope who says the cross of Christ ended in failure. Based on this statement I would assume he has a new savior to offer his followers, could it be an alien savior from another dimension? 

Seriously this view point is causing our brothers and sisters in the Catholic faith who truly know Jesus as Lord and Savior a lot of grief as they watch their leader lifting up the enemy of their souls and putting down the reason for their faith and salvation.

The closing event for Pope Francis followed his Mass in “Francisville,” which the archbishop of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia renamed the city during mass, at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter and Paul. It was quite boring compared to his appearance in New York at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Manhattan for the evening prayer, where he delivered pretty shocking words, stating with no shame to his flock that: “We need to remember that we are followers of Jesus Christ and his life, humanly speaking, ended in failure, the failure of the cross.” These words have of course outraged most true Christians around the world who cannot imagine Christianity without the value of the cross… (Read more)

Representing the protestants we'll look at Rick Warren and John MacArthur. Rick Warren promotes Chrislam and believes the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob is the same as the god of Islam. John MacArthur says it's okay to take the 'mark of the beast' for those going through tribulation.

God declares

Revelation 14:9 Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. When the body of Christ comes together in one accord as we did in Sandpoint Idaho lives are changed and revival begins. People from all over the country came, some even from Canada, they all went home filled with new direction and something began that will change the future of many. Tomorrow, September 23, 2015, is the Day of Atonement. We as believers should be repenting today and looking for reconciliation tomorrow. 

If some of these headlines become reality what can you as a person really do about it? We need to be seeking and abiding in our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Our Lord has already made provisions for us regarding these headlines; see Psalm 91.

Safety of Abiding in the Presence of God

Psalm 91 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High

Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;

There is no calamity that He cannot protect you from! He is where safety can be found, seek Him now and be safe.

Be reconciled.

Christ in Our Place

Romans 5:6 For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. 10 For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. 11 And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.

Don't worry about tomorrow our Lord is already there.

The keys of the kingdom of heaven may be critical to finishing the race!

Many believers don't know about the keys of the kingdom of heaven, if they do know do they know how to use them?

Jesus talking to His disciples:

Matthew 16:15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 

Note: Those that know about and how to use the keys of the kingdom of heaven know Christ as the Son of the living God. They realized Christ is the Son of the living God only because God the Father revealed it to them.

As the days of the 'beginning of sorrows' continue toward the 'great tribulation' on the horizon having the keys to the kingdom of heaven would be well worth your time spent in repentance unto life; Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.

Mark 13:8 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

Matthew 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

Matthew 19:28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of His glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.


Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

Precious little time remains for those who have not repented unto life and received the washing of regeneration and the renewing of the Holy Ghost. If this describes you please repent and cry out to Jesus Christ now in repentance and forgiveness unto life!

The keys of the kingdom of heaven avails much to those who have received them.

• The authority to bind and loose on earth and in turn it will be bound or loosed in heaven
• The authority disrupt, destroy, or decrease the expected damage to be caused by the plans of the enemy
• The authority disrupt, destroy, or decrease the expected damage to be caused by the plans of men who work for the enemy

Note: Your choices of binding and loosing would be determined with the Holy Ghost's guidance and in accordance with God's Word and perfect will. You could not prevent by binding a proclaimed judgement released by God on the wicked. 

Note: Our enemy/adversary is the devil: 1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 

What sort of tools would the devil use to accomplish his intended destruction. He could use many ranging from deception to violent weather storms, earthquakes, wars, and many other sources he has available as the prince and power of the air. 

Ephesians 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

Two examples of exercising the keys of the kingdom of heaven:

• Hurricanes
• Tornadoes

When the devil seeks to destroy and devour by using a hurricane or tornado those who have been given the keys to the kingdom of heaven can interrupt his plans.

My family and I were in our tornado shelter, the sirens were going off and we were praying for safety and protection. Suddenly our ears popped and I instantly commanded the tornado to dissipate in Jesus name! It dissipated and dropped the tree top in our back yard. 

When you are sitting inside a steel box you can't see it coming but when your ears pop you know it has arrived.

Using the keys to the kingdom of heaven is part the protection the Lord provides for His people. He says:

Matthew 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Everyone knows about the Rapture of the Church (of The Elect) Except for the Day and Hour it will Occur

The Rapture comes right after the sun and moon are darkened and the stars fall from heaven!

When this happens look up!

Matthew 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

Mark 13:24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, (When? After tribulation)

When you look up this is what you'll see!

Matthew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. (The Rapture)

The verses above is what 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 is referring to about our gathering together with Him.

This doesn't look like an imminent 'Left Behind' Moment to me where the Bridegroom comes like a thief in the night.The Rapture is not imminent because all these things must first take place according to God's Word.

• The Antichrist must come before the Rapture
• The Two Witnesses must come before the Rapture
• The Tribulation must come before the Rapture
• The Lord Must descend from Heaven with a Shout before the Rapture
• Jesus Must Return before the Rapture
• The First Resurrection must happen just before the Rapture (or, at the same time)

If you hold to the pre-tribulation rapture doctrine you are not ready for what is coming because you have been planning to escape the items listed above rather than preparing spiritually so that you might be able to stand until the end. 

Matthew 24:13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved.

"The Pre-Tribulation Rapture Theory was a fraud. It was started by a book published in 1811 – written by a Jesuit priest, Manuel Lacunza. That book was published ten years after his death, and it has infected Christianity with its Jesuit lie". (Read More here) and here.

Note: For 38 years I was firmly in the pre-tribulation rapture group. It is very hard to undue a 38 year belief because we tend to surround ourselves with like minded people. The Holy Spirit encouraged me to review my understanding of the rapture based solely on the Holy Scripture, KJV, to avoid error. With His guidance what you see in this post is where He lead me over a period of a year or better. Folks please set commentary aside and review what you believe with the Holy Spirit in a King James Version without any outside influence.

Bibles have been tampered with and changed, such as the Scofield Bible and commentary which by the way supports the pre-trib view. The NIV omits many critical items or portions of a verse thereby changing the meaning, see what changed here. 

One false doctrine can lead to others which can result in deception and loss of salvation. 

Example: John MacArthur is a well known pre-trib believer and based on that belief he makes a leap of logic which he apply s to those left behind during the 7 year tribulation period regarding the mark of the beast. Take 2 minutes and listen to him make this leap in logic.  

 He says you can take the mark and still be saved... Really!

God says: those who worship the beast and his image and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name shall be in torment. 

Revelation 14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Note: The Bible does not identify the tribulation as a 7 year period. It identifies a period called the 'Beginning of Sorrows' and a 'Great Tribulation' of three and one half years. The Great Tribulation and God's wrath are two separate events; God's wrath follows the Great Tribulation and the gathering of the elect,(Rapture) and comes only on the wicked who remain.

Why would Satan want you to believe in a pre-trib rapture? Is he planning to stage one as he comes on the scene? or Does he want you to stay asleep and unprepared for what lies ahead because you believe you are going to escape tribulation?

John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
